Transparency and Disclosure – Two Words for the Future

Gone will be the word 'fragrance' from Unilever's extensive line of beauty care products as the company will now list detailed info on fragrance ingredients that are used in excess of 100 parts per million. For decades consumers have complained that many fragrances have caused allergies, rashes and other problems. And those calls to the 800 numbers have been for naught as the customer service operators were typically in the dark about what were the exact ingredients used to make those fragrances.
